| Our Appointment Policies: |
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Private lockers, dressing rooms, robes, and smocks are provided.
• To ensure prompt service appointments are always desirable but walk-ins are gladly accepted.
• If you need to cancel an appointment we appreciate at least 24 hours notice.
• For parties of 4 or more, we require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• If requiring any hair care services, please book at the Hamburg location only.
• A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all spa party booking of four or more.
• For parties under four, gratuity is always appreciated.
• Prices, hours, and services subject to change.
Bridal Parties:
• We ask that all bridal party cancellations be made 1 wk. in advance.
• All bridal parties will require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking.
